The mechanic did not have to bleed the breaks after the installation. The
SBC was disable by locking the car and removing the remote key to another
area of the garage. He pumped the breaks five times and started the car and
there were no errors on the display. I have seen some posting on the SBC
that have some type of error after the installation. The display light up
like a Christmas tree.

Hello Folks: I need to have a "look-see" on front brake pads. Car was bought
recently and sure runs nice. I wondered if someone could give me a "heads up"
before I take off a front wheel. I`ve always done my own brakes on American
cars but this one is special to us and don`t know what is hidding behind those
fancy front brakes. I don`t have a service manual but I am hopeful it should
not be too different should new pads be needed. Any tips would be appreciated.
It would be nice if I could see the "pad wear" before going further. Can I get
a good look just by taking the wheel off? It looks like the anti-brake
mechanism obscures a good visual. Thanks..

What`s keeping you from removing a front wheel and looking at the brake
caliper?

На него бяха много нови технологии и бе съобщено, че през 2012 година автомобилите на BMW от 7-ма серия и Mercedes-Benz C и S-класа ще бъдат оборудване със системи за забавление, базирани на Intel-Atom. Изпълнителният директор на Intel, Пол Отелини, е казал, че това просто са първите производители на автомобили. Очаква се и други да последват техния пример.
